Trouble in starting up msijmm32.dll on restarting PC upgraded to Windows Vista

Whenever I restart my PC running on Windows Vista, I keep getting the message “there is problem in starting msijmm32.dll”. All the other programs will start up normally without any issue. What should I do to resolve this problem?

Choose ‘Run’ option from the start menu after pressing the ‘Start’ button located at the bottom left corner the desktop. Type msconfig in the ‘Open’ field available on the screen. Press the ‘Enter’ key afterwards and wait until System Configuration Utility window pop up on the screen. Click on the ‘Startup’ tab afterwards and search for msijmm32.dll file. Once you find the file, unselect it and restart your system. After that, select ‘Services’ tab under System Configuration Utility window and select the check box next to “Hide all Microsoft Services” option. Then, press the ‘Disable All’ button and restart your PC to check whether the error message has disappeared or not.
