    dear friend,

Microsoft introduced high contrast mode in windows media center for those persons who are visually weak.

Two high contrast modes are available in the windows media center- High contrast white & high contrast black.

After selecting the high contrast mode, you can't change the screen resolution.

There is a fixed screen resolution which is default for windows media center.

But you'll not get this feature in all modes of windows media center.

Follow these steps to enable this feature-

    1. Launch windows media center.
    2. Go to the Start screen.
    3. Scroll down to the "Settings" & click on it.
    4. Click on the "General".
    5. Select "Visual and Sound Effects" option.
    6. Select the high contrast mode (whether it is black or white) & check the box beside the option.
    7. Click on Save.
Now you can play your media files in high contrast mode.
