As long as the compatibility of the cad is concerned, we can not do anything. But, what we can do suggest you is a way to attempt to make your device run on the PC.

What you can try is that you should try to install the device driver through "Windows Update" Windows update shall help you to install either generic or standard device drivers and may let you use your device on your PC.

Just connect your device and run an Windows Update in the control panel.
In the Windows Update, do a CHECK FOR UPDATES.

    Hopw it helps..!!

    Hi,
The problem you have encountered is very simple and let me suggest you some simplest way to make things work.

Go and contact the vendor and change the card and collect a standard one from them. The easiest way if you can.

Connect the card to your system and from device manager disable the driver which is active now and search and install a new one for the card. Try with that.

Failed? Log onto net and enter your tuner card manufacturers site and download a befitting driver from them suggesting the model no. of the card, and install them removing the existing one.

If you have more than one slot to install additional card, try another slot.

    Thanks.

    hello...
    937-h_main-w.jpg

I'm using an HVR-1800 PCIe card with Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit).
1.Works well. I have to say, though, that the latest Hauppauge TV
2.application (version 7) is buggy. In fact, it wouldn't even work at
3.all in my setup. Version 6 works, but the native Media Center
4.application in Windows 7 is even better. Hauppauge provides the
5.drivers for use with Media Center.

    all the best

It is not the tv tuner card (probably) but the software driver you have installed if incompatible

1.Goto vendors website and search for latest drivers for your device according to your system configuration
2.For instance if you are running 64 bit os then you should install 64 bit drivers for you card
3.It is little tentative to install and watch programs froms through a tv tuner card for first time
4.But once you have installed it successfully you will easily watch programs later
