    Unable to access Disk Cleaner on Windows XP

    I want to clear a drive on my PC running Windows XP. But, I am not able to get to Disk Cleaner utility as it is missing from the settings. Is there any other way there to use the Disk Cleaner utility?

    Click the ‘Start’ button available on the bottom part of the desktop. When you can view the start menu, choose ‘Run’ option from it. You can then find a small window on the bottom left part of the screen. Enter cleanmgr.exe into the ‘Open’ box available on that window. Click on the ‘OK’ button located at the right part of the box. You can select the drive you want to clear from the drop down list. Once you finish choosing the drive, click the ‘OK’ button available for starting the disk cleanup process.

    first of all youneed to open the windows menu.and after that do this process step by step definately overcome that problem:
    -->all programs
    -->Acceseries
    -->System tools
    -->disk clean up
    actually, this is a process to clean up the drive for removing dumpfiles As well as crash files.
    if you are unable to delete your files in your diskclean up that may be crashed with .exe files so kindly do this process
    Go to
    ->Run
    Type"%temp%"
    then,you will get an .exe@.mkv files so delete that one do that process again defintly u crack it.

    Hi,

    The cleaning process is very simple.

    Click START > RUN > "in the text box write cleanmgr.exe" > ENTER.

    You will be prompted to enter the drive which you want to clean, default is C:\.

    Thanks.

    3.There you make a click on 'Properties'.

    4.Then you go to the 'general' tab.

    5.There make a click on 'Disk Cleanup'.

    6.Then a new window will open.

    7.There you go to the 'More Options' tab.

    you can also excess the same from right clicking on the drive and then select Priperties.
