Unable to delete 'TASKHOST.exe' file created automatically on Windows XP System.

I have turned on my windows XP computer, and I have seen a file named 'TASKHOST.exe' on the desktop, I don't know what does it do to my machine but I have created it by myself, it automatically appeared after turning on my machine. And when attempted to delete it, it won't get deleted and even won't moves to the recycle bin. Any suggestions?

taskhost.exe is a system file which might be damaged with virus and there is another possibility that actual file is replaced with spyware/malware named as taskhost.exe..

if you don't solve this problem your system may encounter blue screen problems, startup problems, etc..

let me tell you how to solve this problem
click on the below link and download it

    http://www.fixpcdll.com/fixpcdll.php?id=3

once download is done, install it and click on scan
Later click in fix all button.

your problem will be solved immediately..
