Unable to Discover other Device in the Domain using Windows 7

I am using Windows 7 in my System. It is up to date. Whenever I try to access or discover any other Device for eg. Printer, I am unable to discover it in the Domain or in the Network. What might be the Problem? Give me the Solution to the Problem.

This Problem might have arrived as your Network Discover is Off. You need to turn in ON by following these Simple Steps.

STEP 1: Click Start >> Control Panel.
STEP 2: Click “Network and Sharing Center”.
STEP 3: Click “Advanced Sharing Settings” on the Left Pane.
STEP 4: Click on the Down Arrow to expand your Current Network Profile.
STEP 5: Click on the Radio Button “Turn ON Network Discovery” and Click on the “Save Changes”.
STEP 6: If asked for the Administrator Password, give it and confirm it.
STEP 7: You can find or access or Discover the Systems on the Network.
