    Unable to find “You’ve opened a new tab” page in IE7 in Windows XP System

    I have IE7 in my Windows XP System. When I opened IE 7 and opened a new tab, it is not showing a “You’ve opened a new tab” page. Please, provide me the solution. Thank you in advance. Thank you!

    STEP 1: Click Start >> Run.
    STEP 2: Type “regedit”, hit Enter.
    STEP 3: “Registry Editor” Window opens.
    STEP 4: Go to the Key “HKEYHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Int ernet Explorer\TabbedBrowsing”.
    STEP 5: On the right hand side, look for the DWORD “ShowTabsWelcome”
    STEP 6: Change the value to ‘1’.
    STEP 7: Exit the “Registry Editor”, your problem is solved.

    Dear Aspirant .

    The Steps to be followed in order to avoid this problem are as follows :

    Go to Start menu

    Click on Run an you can find the Search box there . Enter regedit

    go to the Key provided in that Hkey_Current_ user \ Software\ Microsoft \ internet explorer\ browsing

    look for Dword 'shows tab comes '

    change the priority to 1 and save the changes .

    exit the editor .


    Or Incase then you can uninstall the Older version of Internet Explorer7 and install the latest Verison IE-11

    SOLUTION:-

    You_Have_Opened_New_Tab_in_IE7.jpg

    >> Dear press window key + R from your computer key board the run window will appears on your screen.

    >> In the open bar dear write “regedit” and press enter.

    >> Dear now registry editor window will opens now dear go to the key(( HKEYHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Int ernet Explorer\TabbedBrowsing.))

    >> Dear in the right side you found the dword “showtabs welcome” and change its value to 1.

    >> Dear now close registry editor and restart your computer.
