It is possible that your USB selective suspends settings option is enabled on your system. So check it first and disabled it in the Power Option. Follow the procedure:

    > Go to start button and then navigate to Search box
    > Type Power Options there and hit enter
    > Select Power Options from the list and Change plan settings under Power plan
    > Now, click on option change advanced power settings
    > Expand USB settings then navigate to USB selective suspend setting
    > Change setting to Disabled to the option 'On battery: or Plugged in:'
    > At last, select OK then ok to save changes on the window

    Dear friend,

You can solve the problem “USB device not recognised” in the following way:

    1. Remove the USB device once and plug it again into same or another USB port. During first time plugging a new USB device,
if there is interruption in installation of drivers for USB devices, this can cause “USB device not recognised” problem. Plugging into
another USB port will install the drivers again properly.

    2. An old and damaged USB port can also cause this problem. In this case you can opt for a new front USB panel.
    3. If you are online, you can update the USB drivers of the system.

    Thanks!

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..................

1.Firstly check the power connection of your USB slot.

2.If that is not your problem then the problem is with the USB drivers.

3.So make a right click on the option 'My Computer' and then click on 'Manage'.

4.There you click on the 'Device Manager' tab.

5.There you open the properties of the USB drivers from the universal serial bus controllers.

6.Then you go to the 'driver' tab and then click on 'Update Driver'.

    Have a nice day.............
