Unable to install mail migration tool on Windows XP

As I need to transfer all mails in Outlook Express 6, I tried to install mail migration tool into my PC running on Windows XP. But, I keep getting the message “Something happened while we were checking your Account, and we can't move to the next Step. Please refresh the page & try Again” while installing the tool. In what way can I fix up this issue?

Re: Unable to install mail migration tool on Windows XP

    Hello there !!!

the problem is related to the server only.
since it is not able to verify your account.
and this happens only when your server is too busy or it is not able to send any request to the server.
therefore it is sending the message.

so,what you can do is that.
    just strengthen your network speed.
    and then try the steps.
    it will work out.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP.

    Hello friend,

If you want to install the mail migration tool in Window XP then
you have to download or install from internet only.
So if you get some busy network then this problem
only and only occurs due to the network problem.

So you have to refresh the page.
No matters that how many times you refresh your page.

Try to increase your network speed.
This is only one idea that you can do to resolve this issue.

    Thank u!
