So many people had faced this type of error. Actually this type of error occurs due to faulty software. So if you want to solve your problem, first of all delete all files and folder related to the software which created problem and download a fresh and original microsoft office 2013 software with licensense key by Clicking Here. Here you will find two kinds of product. One is for 32 bit(x86) and the other is for 64 bit(x64). So download it according to your need and install it, you will not find any kind of issue with this.

    HI DEAR,

This kind of problem arises due to the un compatibility of software that means your software is not compatible with your window operating system. Dear the two software of Microsoft office available that is first one is of 32bit operating system that means it is perfect for the 32 bit os of your computer and other one is 64 bit which is for 64 bit operating system.dear software of 32bit can be run in 64 bit operating system but 64 bit software can not be run in 32 bit operating system. SO CHECK YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM AND YOUR SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY AND THEN INSTALL THE MICROSOFT OFFICR 2013 ACCORDING TO YOUR NEED.

    THANKS,

    Hi,
This is a common occurence, and it happens due to a number of reasons.
    1. The Windows is not a valid copy, no authentication.

    2. The Office2013 is not Authentic.

    3. A few important files were missing from the windows directory.

Try to collect Authentic copies of softwares, check the HDD for its integrity, Install windows with custom settings.

    Thank you.

There may be problem with your Office 2013 version.

First of all, delete all files from your PC that are related to Office 2013.

And download a fresh copy of Office 2013 from http://windows8consumer.in/blog/inde...preview-today/.

Actually, Office 2013 is the latest software by Microsoft, so download it from the Official site only.

first restore your system to before installation of this files so that all files copied while installation will be deleted
to restore goto windows --> all programs --> acessories --> system tools --> system restore and set the point of before the installation of ms office
download new and genuine software with genuine license

This error usually occurs because you are running the Office setup in compatibilty mode. The following steps should fix it.

Save the Office setup file locally on the Computer then follow the steps mentioned below then install new Office and check if that helps:

    1. Right click on the new Office setup file then click on the ‘Properties’ option.

    2. Click on the compatibility tab.

    3. Uncheck ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ .

    hi friend '

    # you also got confused about this problem my dear let me see it deeply

    # As you say office 2013 requirments is win7 or new os mean or win8

    # Excetly its right what you hear but the setup you try to install doesn't support your system

    # i think the reason is that your system 32 bit and setup you have support 64 bit os

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ TWO SOLUTIONS +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

@ First please go to upgrade your OS to 64 bit

    @ or please download office2013 in 32 bit /
