Unable to open anything in Windows 7 PC

My Windows PC does not allow any files to be opened following an iTunes update. I have tried using the task manager but on ALT+CTRL+DLT nothing appears. Why is this so?

The first thing that you ought to do is running a Disk Check tool which could help find what went wrong. I believe that there is fault at some registry key that would require a booting to safe mode, or the update on iTunes on the C drive that was either overloaded or erroneous might have caused it. As soon as the disk check or the rebooting is over, you would be able to open the contents on your computer. When this is possible, run a disk check on the C drive which can be done by right clicking on the icon of the drive and selecting `Run now’. It is better that you delete the update of iTunes that you had installed and get it installed later after the problem has been sorted out. Since the disk check would need a restart, it would be safe to do it in the safe mode.

    CLICK START
    CLICK ON RUN
PRESS "SFC \SCANNOW" (it will check for all system corrupted files)
it will show the problem which are existing

run checkdisk tool it will check for each and every disk

as you are mentioning because of itunes
    so uninstall it
    it might fix your problem

use updated antivirus to avoid upcoming problems
