Unable to open libraries on Windows 7

For the past three weeks, none of the libraries are working on my system upgraded to Windows 7. When I try to open music, videos, pictures or documents library, I keep getting the error message “Music.library-ms is no longer working”. What are the steps for avoiding this?

The first step required is to delete all libraries in your system. Right click on each library and select ‘Delete’ option. You can also select all libraries using Ctrl+A key and delete at a time with a right click. Once you finish deleting the files, open any explorer window on your system. Go to the left side of the window and locate ‘Libraries’ option. Right click on that option and see whether a menu pops up on the screen. Navigate through that menu and find out ‘Restore default libraries’ option. Make a single click on this option which will restore the libraries. After that, check whether you can open up a library.
