    Unable to pair Bluetooth devices in Windows 8

    One of my friend has gifted me Windows 8 operating system installed in my laptop which is of 1 year old only. It has Bluetooth inbuilt in it. From few days while I am trying to paired any Bluetooth enable devices then it takes too much to respond and after some time an error message of unable to device comes. So anybody please solve query.

    Try these steps:-

    Make sure your Bluetooth device is turned on
    From the Start screen open the Charms bar
    click the Settings icon
    click the Change PC Settings button
    From the Devices category, click the Add a Device icon
    Click on device name when it appears
    Click the pair button
    Enter the password if asked
