Unable to rip a burned DVD into my Windows 7

I have some burned DVDs which have the TV shows, so I need to get them in my Windows 7 PC but the problem is I am unable to rip it with the help of Windows Medial Player, so I tried with Aimersoft but that too didn’t work. Why I am unable to do it? Can you please help me regarding this?

    Hello friend...

To follow the one or more option to solve the problem:-

Firstly verify that the CD burner is connected properly or not.

Try to burn the CD used the another software like a Nero..

If another program is currently burning files to the CD, wait until the burning process is complete. Quit other programs that might be using the CD burner.

Restart or reinstall the Windows Media Player.

    All the Best!!
