Unable to set picture to show their thumbnail Preview in windows 7

I am using windows 7 Home edition from last couple of years but haven't faced any kind of issues. However now, i am not able to set pictures to show their thumbnail preview. Earlier i was able to do the same. Most of the people suggested me to choose Medium Icons in views. I have already tried this method but it doesn't work. What should i do to fix

To fix this kind of issue in windows 7 home edition, click on start button and type "gpedit.msc" in the search box and hit the enter button on your keyboard. It will open the group policies editor. Here move to the left pane of Group Policy Editor and look navigate to User Configuration>>Administrative Templates>>and Start Menu and Taskbar. Now have a look on right pane of Group Policy Editor and double click on “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnails” option. After that select Enable or Disable . Once done, click on Apply and Ok. That's it.Now check your image folder again. Now you would be able to see the thumbnails without any issue.
