    hello friend,
when your trying to uninstall any program say for example: If you want to uninstall team viewer software from your computer due to its license is expired
before your uninstalling it ha created shortcuts on your desktop located at bottom right.
first you need to exit that application and proceed for uninstall.
So in this way first you need to close or exit that application from your desktop icon and then you can uninstall your application without any interuption.

Re: Unable to uninstall the application program from my Windows 7

hi my dear friend..................its not the problem and the installation in progress means ....your unistalltion process is on running..

and there is an another alternative ....just go to control panel and search for the uninstall program and expand the folder and then

click on the uninstall the program.........

The pc takes some times more time to uninstall a program because of unwanted and neccessary files

when it takes more time....you need to perform these operations

first click on the start menu and open run or press windows key +r and type in that %temp% and press ENTER

then delete all the files from the widow

then also go to Run and type in that prefetch and press enter and click continue

then delete all the files from that window

and also perform the disk cleanup,....for that go to my computer

and right click on the OS installed drive and choose properties

then click on the disk cleanup and select the thumbnails, temp internet files, error report files, download files .........and other neccessary files

after that click on the ok button and then click delete ............

    .................ALL THE BEST

To do this we have to open the registry browser. There are following steps we have to follow:-
1.Click Start and choose Run in the menu*
    2.Type regedit and hit Enter.
3.On the left side is the registry settings tree, use it to go to*
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall
4.Inside that key you'll find a lot of keys that belong to different programs
5.If you delete the key in which you have *found the DisplayName key with the value equal to your*program's name, then *the program will not appear on the Add/Remove programs list.
    Hence programs will be uninstalled.

    dear friend,

If you are unable to uninstall any program then you have to forcefully uninstall it.

At first go to the registry editor to delete the key of the installed program.

Then delete the entire installed folder from your computer.

Follow these steps to do that-

    Click on the Start button.
Type Run in the search box & click on the option appeared-It'll open the Run window.
You may also open it by pressing Windows key+R button together.
Type regedit in the edit field & hit enter-it'll open the registry editor.
Provide the administrator password if prompted.
    Point to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall.
Now find the program that you want to uninstall & delete the subkey.
    Go to the c drive.
Open the Program Files & select the particular application installation folder.
Now press shift+Delete to delete permanently the folder.
Also delete the shortcut from the desktop.

Now restart your computer & check for the program.

Hope your issue will get solved.

    Hi,
The eternal question that is asked after trying to do things in a way but gone awry.
To solve the problem you can take two steps, firstly the tough one, edit the registry if you know how to and i`m giving a clue,
From the command prompt write regedit and press enter. Once it enters the registree find a line like,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall and remove manually the program names from the list.
Take caution as registry tweaking can render youe windows lifeless,
The second method, download a registry cleaner, and an uninstaller from the net, those third party softwares are specialists and can remove programs even if a number of files are deleted from the installed programs. Be cautious about the virus infection and select uninstaller prudently. they will help you.
    Thank you.

Re: Unable to uninstall the application program from my Windows 7

    """DEAR""'

Well, if you know how to work with the windows registry, you probably can perform a manual force uninstall.

Before I go into detail about how to do this manually, I'd like to say that this is pretty advanced stuff, and if you're not a power user, then perhaps you should consider using specialized software such as the Perfect Uninstaller which allows you to do this in just a few clicks.

If you are a power user, then let's continue. First, let's see how to remove the program from the list of installed programs. To do that you need to open the registry browser:

Click Start and choose Run in the menu (If you're using Windows Vista then press Win+R on your keyboard).
    Type regedit and hit Enter.
On the left side is the registry settings tree, use it to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall
Inside that key you'll find a lot of keys that belong to different programs. Some are named after the program's name, others as a mix of numbers and letters that makes no sense. Look through each of them until you find one that has the key DisplayName (on the right) with your program's name in it.
Notice the key UninstallString - this key points to the uninstall program, and the log file usually resides in the same folder as that program.
If you delete the key in which you've found the DisplayName key with the value equal to your program's name, then your program won't appear on the Add/Remove programs list.
Some programs create new entries in the registry to store their configuration options, these entries can usually be found in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software or in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE - look for the program name or the name of the company that made the software. Don't delete Microsoft though - that contains Windows settings as well.

Next we have to find all the files that have been copied. Open the folder in which the uninstall program should be, and look for files which are named uninstal.log or setup.log or something similar. The list of files that have been installed is inside this file, you can open it in your notepad and find all of the files that have been copied onto your system. Delete the files and you'll get rid of the program almost fully.

Again, I'd like to stress that if you're new to the windows registry and all of this stuff, and if you don't feel like experimenting with your computer, then, again, please consider using either the Perfect Uninstaller or similar software, I do not want to be responsible for breaking your computer.
