    Hi,

The error message you are getting is something ominus, and a severe error has occured somehow in windows.

It will take a lot of effort to make windows recover and if you have the Windows installer CD at your disposal.

But another possibility is the do you have erased manually some files those compose Office software from your windows?

If such things as manual deletion happens , uninstaller fails to perform its job as references about the software are not found by the uninstaller, under such condition you can take assistance of some third party uninstaller, found on the net easily, which can uninstall even when Windows uninstaller fails.

    Thanks.
