Unable to upgrade windows 7 to windows 8 where I am getting an error

I have HP Laptop which is powered by windows 7. Recently I came to know that the Windows 8 Customer preview has been launched. So I bought that to install on my Laptop. When I tried to install Windows 8, I got a error message. Internet Security Settings prevent the setup.exe from opening, this is the error I am getting. How can I overcome this issue. I want to use Windows 8. Please leave me a quick reply as possible.

For this issue, you need to disable User Account Control Settings by turning User Account Control OFF. Because the User Account Control prevent unauthorized changes to your computer. User Account control notifies you whenever the changes are made on your computer. If you get the same error even after turning off User Account Control then disable Security software on the computer. Turn Off Windows Firewall. Because the Anti-virus and firewall will protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. If you found the same problem even after followed these two steps then download Windows 8 release Preview instead of Windows 8 Customer Preview.
