    Hi,
Do you surf the net frequently? do you have enough protection while surfing?
Scan your drives thoroughly for the sake of its health, as it seems the system is infected with virus.
clean and run scandisk for the health of your disk drive. Use defrag to unfragment the files.
believe you will be able to solve the problem.
    Thank you.

    Hello,
First check your battery status if it is showing some problem.
Then your battery life has expired and you need to get it changed from the service center.
    Or
There may be a virus in your system. Do a boot time scan of all your hard disks and check for virus threats.
    regards...

Bro this problem arises only by overheating as u said unexpected, this problem seen mostly in summer days... you need to clean the system juz go to the service center and ask for the servicing of the system it is very necessary to do it atleast once in a year.... this will not solve overheating problem but also the hanging or not responding issues of the system..... and also buy a cooling pad for your system this will help your system by avoiding overheating.
