Video Capture Device error in Windows 7

I have been using Windows 7 in my home PC. Recently I bought a USB video capture device. When I tried to connect the device with the system, I noticed a yellow triangle with the exclamation point. What should be done so that it is detected properly?

yellow icon with exclamation point on it means you didn't install the drivers for that particular USB device which you have connected your system.
So install the drivers from the CD which the seller provided to you during purchase. If you don't have any CD then click on the yellow triangle icon and update the drivers. while updating choose Recommended option to update (i.e., from internet).

Once you got the drivers restart the system to use USB video capture device.
    Happy to assist you
