    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
    >>Start VLC Media Player and go to Tool->Preferences Menu
    >>Under Preferences windows, click on Video in left navigation
    >>Now Click on Dropdown menu for Output and select Windows GDI video output or DirectX Video output. If this setting doesn’t work then try other settings for output.
    >>Restart your VLC Media Player.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..........

1.This may be the problem of the 'Overlay Video Output'.

2.You can change the settings by going to 'Tools' > 'Videos'.

3.Later you go to 'General Video Settings'.

4.There you change the Overlay settings by selecting 'DirectX Video output' and 'Windows GDI Video output'.

    5.At last click on 'Save'.

If it does not work then the problem may be with the VLC Player files so you uninstall it and install them again then you may fix your problem.

    Have a nice day..................
