    Hi.
    Follow the given methods below:
    Method 1:
If your Windows Live Hotmail (or Outlook.com) mailbox or calendar isn't fully set up, or you haven't agreed to the latest Terms of Service
    >>On your computer and go to Hotmail (or Microsoft account), and sign in. (This site might not be available in your language.)
    >>Follow any steps that you see. These may include setting up your mailbox and accepting the new Terms of Service.
    >>Go to
Hotmail Calendar to finish setting up your calendar. (This site might not be available in your language.)

    Method 2:
You might have to delete your web browser's history:
    >>On your phone, go to Start, flick left to the App list, and then tap Internet Explorer.
    >>Tap the More icon, and then tap Settings.
    >>Tap Delete history, and then tap Delete.

    Method 3:
If your Microsoft account contacts are out of sync with your phone, or you recently updated your phone:
    >>On your computer go to Microsoft account People. Sign in to your account. (This site might not be available in your language.)
    >>Click a contact to see all the information, and then click Edit.
    >>Enter changes to the contact, and click Save. Note You can also revert these changes, if you'd like.
    >>On your phone, go to Start, flick left to the App list, and then tap Settings .
    >>Tap Email+accounts, tap and hold Windows Live, and then tap Sync.

    Thank you.

To resolve this issue, here is what I would suggest:

    1. Open a web browser, go to http://hotmail.com , and sign in to your Windows Live account. If prompted, finish setting up your mailbox.
    2. Open a web browser, go to http://contacts.live.com , and sign in to your Windows Live account. If prompted, finish setting up your calendar.
    3. Open a web browser, go to http://account.live.com , and sign in to your Windows Live account. If prompted, accept the new Terms of Service.
    4. On the phone, go to Start , flick left to the App list, tap Settings , and then tap Email & Accounts . Tap on Windows Live and re-enter your username and password information, and then tap Done .
    5. On the phone, go to Start , flick left to the App list, tap Settings , and then tap Email & Accounts . Tap on Windows Live, tap Download email from, tap the last 7 days, and then tap Done .
    6. Try again later, as this may be related to a temporary service outage.
