Re: What to do if can't access Documents.library-ms in Windows 7?
You should first delete a library first, your contents will be safe in your folder. Nothing to do, just follow the procedure:
> Go to start and click on All Programs
> Open Accessories and click on Windows Explorer
> Now, do right click on corresponding library and delete
> Click on Yes if you asked for confirmation
> Now, go to the navigation pane of Windows Explorer and right click on Libraries
> Click Restore default libraries
> Now, above step will recreate library that you deleted and will restore all default libraries
