What to do if can't access Documents.library-ms in Windows 7?

I don't know the reason why Music, Pictures, Video becomes Music.library-ms, Pictures.library-ms, Video.library-ms. I am not able to access all the music files that available in My Music folder via media player. Even can't access or open folder through start option. How to get back previous state. Getting message when opening Documents.library-ms is no longer working. Can anyone suggest me tips to resolve the issue? Help!

You should first delete a library first, your contents will be safe in your folder. Nothing to do, just follow the procedure:

    > Go to start and click on All Programs
    > Open Accessories and click on Windows Explorer
    > Now, do right click on corresponding library and delete
    > Click on Yes if you asked for confirmation
    > Now, go to the navigation pane of Windows Explorer and right click on Libraries
    > Click Restore default libraries
    > Now, above step will recreate library that you deleted and will restore all default libraries
