To overcome this problem from your system you should delete or, erase the hibernation state file. This may be caused for your problem relates to Windows XP Mode virtualization.
Now, navigate to virtual machine's settings file that having extension .vmc file. You can see it under the location same as virtual hard disk is stored. Generally, you can see this at system drive then Users\username \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Virtual PC\Virtual Machines. If system hibernated then will be able to see Virtual Machine Saved State file with an extension .vsv. Now, delete hibernation data by removing this file. After deleting file, system will boot and your issue get resolved now.

Hi.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
>>Use the Microsoft hardware-assisted virtualization detection tool to determine whether your processor supports the HAV feature. To download this tool, visit the following Microsoft Web site:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...ls.aspx?id=592
>>If your processor supports HAV but this feature is not enabled, the Microsoft hardware-assisted virtualization detection tool shows the not enabled error message:
>>To enable this feature in BIOS, follow the instruction in the following Microsoft Web site:http://www.microsoft.com/windows/vir...gure-bios.aspxThank you.
