    Hello friend..

You can't be install the any program because System Administrator set the Policies to prevent the installing..

you install the program through only enter the System Administrator account then you install the program. you will be not a system administrator account holder so you can't be install the program..

if you enter the system administrator account then you break this policies then you install program..

    All the Best!!

    Hi,

The problem with your failed effort to install software in Windows is due to the lack of authority that was assigned to to while setting the user accounts.

Theres hierchy in the Windows environment and those priviledged account holders are called Administrators. They have all the rights ans rights to assign other users priviledge.

Here in your case your account dont have the right to install anything in windows.

Assuming your computer is a standalone and theres no administrators as such, You need to log in to the computer with Administrator password and will bear the priviledge to change the setting of your other account so that you are allotted rights of installing programs.

So get the Admin Password to save yourself from the situation.

    Thanks.

    Solution 1
    1. Go to Control panel > administrator tools > local security policy
    2. On local security policy > expand Software Restriction Policies > Double click enforcement
    3. Change to all users except administrators
    4. Save and restart on your computer and try install again.
If you follow on solution1 , but the problem not solve for this problem . You must follow solution2 next again.
    Solution 2
    1. Start > run > regedit and Enter
    2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
    Create : DisableMSI Type: REG_DWORD value = 0
If you have current now DisableMSI , You double click on DisableMSI and change value to 0
    3. Restart on your computer and try install again.

I would suggest you to perform a System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer
    Steps to perform SFC scan:
    1. Click the Start button
    2. From the Start Menu, Click All programs followed by Accessories
    3. In the Accessories menu, Right Click on the Command Prompt option
    4. From the drop down menu that appears, Click on the 'Run as administrator' option
    5. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked for authorization prior to the command prompt opening. You may simply need to press the Continue button if you are the administrator or insert the administrator password etc.
    6. In the Command Prompt window, type: sfc /scannow and then press Enter
    7. A message will appear stating that 'The system scan will begin'
    8. Be patient because the scan may take some time
    9. If any files require replacing SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Vista DVD for this process to continue
    10. If everything is okay you should, after the scan, see the following message "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"
    11. After the scan has completed, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check

hi my dear friend........to overcome this issue......you need to login with the administrator account......however try this alternative method to .......over come this .......that is

    first click the start menu

then click on ALL PROGRAMS and next click and expand the Accessories option

under the accessories .....right click on command prompt and select run as administrator option

then type the command as net user administrator /active:yes and press ENTER key

then restart the pc ....this command will enable the administrator account......now access admin account and install the softwares whatever you want

if it not works then with this:

Open control Panel and click on system and security option and go to Administrative Tools
now double click on Local Security Policy
In Local Security Policy right click Software Restriction Policies and click New Software Restriction Policy
Now Left click on software restriction policies and in the right-hand window you should see enforcement
Double-click on enforcement and set the policy to apply to ALL USERS EXCEPT LOCAL ADMINISTRATORS and click OK
