    Hi,

Some files in the Recycle bin are not normally removed due to reasons, like virus infection, files still used by programs and so on. But you can remove them still.

Try to start Windows in Safe Mode and emptying the Recycle Bin in that mode?
Start the computer and start tapping F8 key until the Windows Startup Menu displays, select Safe mode. Then you can Delete files and empty Recycle Bin.

    Another option is:
Click Start > run, type cmd, click OK.

Type cd C:\recycler and press Enter.

Type dir /ah press Enter which will show hidden files.

You should see 3 entries with <DIR > next to them.

Type cd < the directory name > Enter

directory changes to C:\recycler\the inputed name.

Type dir (you will get a listing of files in the Recycle Bin)

Type del *.* to delete those files and your recycle bin will be cleared .

    Thank you.

    Hi, Dear friend

To get the solution for this issue .......follow the below guidelines

Most of the Time the issue will be occured when the Recycle Bin Folder Corrupted

and to solve this issue simply do these first of all open the command prompt with administrator privileges

Now type chkdsk/f and press ENTER key ....and wait for the completion of process

and next type chkdsk/r and press ENTER key,.......and next press Y key from the keyboard

After that restart the PC .... and now wait for the completion of process ......and log on to windows Normally

And now try to check if it helps

and if you are unable to solve the issue cases ....... execute these ..... again open the command prompt

Then type rd /s C:\recycler and press ENTER key

Here C is the OS installed drive Letter ......
