    Hi......

    >>Right click on the my computer
    >>select "Manage"
    >>click on "Disk management" (Left side of the window)
    >>it can take few minutes
    >>after few minutes in right side you see the partitions of your hard disk
    >>In disk space(Which are not assign by any letter like D,E, F) right click
    >>select "Change drive letter and path"
    >>Click on "Add"
    >>from drop down list assign any letter

    • Open Computer Management by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Computer Management.* If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    • In the left pane, under Storage, click Disk Management, and then look for the new drive.

    Hi,

There can be a couple of avenues for you to settle the drive issue.

    1. click START click CONTROL PANEL Click SYSTEM AND SECURITY click ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS double click COMPUTER MANAGEMENT.
Administrative password should be provided if asked.
Under STORAGE click DISK MANAGEMENT and check the situation.

    2. The device driver can be changed to solve the issue.
START > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM AND SECURITY > DEVICE MANAGER > DISK DRIVES > UPDATE DRIVER and the driver will be reloaded.

    Thanks.
