    hii

this error code may be duo to that after you have made makea an update to the windows from the windows server so that its blocking the working
the problem may due to missing files even though it states that its completly sucees ful
to solve this 1. stop the auto matic updates servece
    rename the software distribution directry
now start the automatic updates again
now you will not ge the error code

First check out for any infection by installing, updating then running a full scan possibly in Safe Mode, with Antivirus with complete features ,

Possibility is that you are having an infection which is responsible.
When the system is cleaned if necessary, boot into Windows 7 CD/DVD repair console, run "Startup Repair", It should automatically Restore System.
    Now, uninstall and reinstall MSE,
If all the above failes go for a clean install of Windows 7 as the last refuge.

    Thanks.
