What to do with system Recovery Options in windows 7?

I am using windows 7 and have already installed windows 7 many times and have seen that some recovery options are there. I don't have any information about the Recovery so haven't used this feature but Somewhere I have heard that this option can be used when your computer gets damaged. Is there anyone who can provide some information about this system recovery option. What this system recovery do and How?

    Hi,

The name explains everything you need to know.

System Recovery means when the computer fails to perform or run due to some damage/error/corruption and fails to boot or "hang" in the middle of an operation, even displays BSOD Blue Screen Of Death/Black Screen Of Death/White Screen Of Death and many more such devastating effects.

The system at that point encounters problems which it cant sort out, and Sytem Recovery programs are written exactly for that purpose and immidietly after the visibility, if one can use the System Restore method the system can take additional help from the program logic and avoids a complete shut down.

A lot of vital system files, Drivers and probable logic to evaluate the problem and possible ways to counter that are the job of System Recovery.

    Thanks.

    Dear friend!!
This is an option which enables you to recover the data back id there is some damage to the software. It helps to retrieve the data again.
The thing you need to do is click on recover when this option appears in windows action center.
you can create a recovery in external disks as well as on your hard drive.
If something happens to your Processor or your windows get corrupted due to any factors, you just need to double click the option where you have created the icon of backup.

Using a Windows 7 Installation or System Repair Disc
    1. Insert the Windows 7 installation disc, slipstream Windows 7 SP1 installation disc, or System Repair Disc into the CD/DVD drive and restart the computer.
WARNING: Check to make sure that you set the BIOS to have the CD or DVD drive listed first in the boot order.

    2. If prompted, press any key to boot from the Windows 7 installation DVD. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: You will only have about 8 seconds to press this key.
    3. Select your language preferences and click on Next. (See screeshot below).4. Click on Repair your computer. (See screenshot below)5. Select which operating system you want to restore and the click on Next. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: If Windows 7 is not listed here, or it is blank, then it is ok. Click on Next anyway.
    6. Select the system recovery option you want to do. (See screenshot below)
