What to do when Task Manager option is missing in windows 7?

Task Manager is always a savier in windows OS. Whenever it hangs, users press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Open Task Manager and then end the process. In my windows 7 computer, when I try to do the same it shows "Administrator had disabled the Task Manager". Is there any way to enable it?

    dere,
in order to resolve your problem you can just do the following my friend:
Either click CTRL+SHIFT+ESC in order to enable task manager as it might have got disable
    OR
YOU can do registry edit by:
    click windows START button
click on RUN on the bottom right hand side
TYPE there REGEDIT and click ENTER.
Find the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\taskmgr.exe
Delete the key named as DEBUGGER or change the value data of the key as "c:\xx\xx\procexp.exe".
    close regedit and restart WINDOWS.
now i hope your task manager will run....
