you are getting this error because you don't have permissions to the registry files:->
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Dhcp

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip

to resolve the issue do the following

    1)open run terminal
2)type regedit to open registry editor
3)then locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Dhcp
4)Right-click the DependOnService entry, and then click Modify.
5)In the Value data box, delete the service that is described in the event that shows in the "Symptoms" section.
6)the save your changes before closing and then restart your system.
