What has to be done for changing the password for logging into laptop running on Windows Vista?

I have recently upgraded my laptop to Windows Vista and my brother has set up a password for logging into the system. Even though I know the password, I need to change to use the system for myself. What are the procedures for that?

At first, click the ‘Start’ button the bottom left corner of the desktop. Wait until the start menu pop up on the screen. Select the ‘Control Panel’ from the start menu and see whether it is possible to view the ‘Control Panel’ window. Once you can view the window, go through the option available there and click the ‘User Accounts and Family Safety’ option. Go to the ‘User Accounts’ section after that. You can find ‘change your Windows Password’ option over there. Click on that option and enter a new password for logging into the system.
