The windows Movie Maker application has to be opened first from the main screen of the system. Within the app, you can trace out and tap on the ‘Capture Video’ option. The Import file dialog box will get displayed when you hit on the ‘Import File’ option. The check box for the option labeled ‘Create clips for video files’ has to be then selected. There you can choose the desired video file from the folder and hit on ‘import’. After that you have to move on to the Collection pane on the screen. Finally you must hit on the option labeled ‘Create Clips’.

    Hi,

Creating Video Clips in Windows Movie Maker is very simple and takes a few clicks.

Here`s how you can do it.

Click Start "Windows Movie Maker" > Click "Capture Video" > "Import File" > select the check box for option "Create clips for video files" > Choose the desired video file from the folder > "import" > switch to Collection pane on screen > "Create Clips".

This should create the clips for the video files whichever you have selected to create from your list of files.

    Thanks.
