What has to be done for disabling Voice Narrator program on Windows Vista Home Premium?

Few days ago, I have accidentally enabled ‘Voice Narrator’ on my PC running on Windows Vista Home Premium. Since then, it will turn on every time I start up the system. I am not able to find this program under the list of startup programs. In what way can I disable this program completely?

Get into the desktop first and press the ‘Start’ button located at the bottom left part. This will bring up the start menu on the screen from which click the ‘Control Panel’ option. After that, find out ‘Ease of Access’ section from the ‘Control Panel’ window pops up on the screen. You can view ‘Optimize visual display’ option under that section. Click on that option and wait until a list of options appears on the screen. Navigate through that list and locate the ‘turn on narrator’ option along with a checkbox. Uncheck that box and press the ‘Apply’ button visible on the screen. Then, restart the PC so that you can find narrator on the login screen. But, it won’t show up after every restart unless you enable it after that.
