What has to be done for enabling windows search engine on Windows Vista?

For the past few weeks, I keep getting the message that windows search engine is disabled on my PC running on Windows Vista. No matter how much I tried, I canít find the reason for that. How can I enable the search engine again?

Once you get into start menu after clicking on the ‘Start’ button, type services into the search box. After that, press the ‘Enter’ key and locate the ‘Windows Search’ button. Click on that button and check whether the Status is ‘Started’ and Startup Type is set to ‘Automatic’. If not, right click on that button and choose ‘Properties’ from the available menu. Find out the ‘Startup Type’ and select ‘Automatic’ option. Click the ‘Start’ button at Service Status after that for starting the service. When you finish changing the settings, click the ‘OK’ button.

    Hi.
Follow these steps: 1.Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then press ENTER.
    2.Locate Terminal Services.
3.If the Status of the service is not set to Started, right-click the service, and then click Properties.
4.In the Startup type list, click Automatic, click Apply, and then click Start.

    Thank you.
