What has to be done for re-installing pre-fetch folder on Windows XP?

Few days back, I have deleted pre-fetch folder from my PC running on Windows XP accidentally. I need to install that folder into my system again. Please give me the steps to re-install the same.

As a first step, make a single click on the ‘Start’ button located at the bottom left part of the desktop. Once you catch the sight of start menu, click the ‘Run’ option from it. By the time you can view the ‘Open In’ field, type C:\Windows into it. Press the ‘OK’ button along with the field. A window will then pop up on the screen with lot of files and folders. Locate an empty space and right click on it. Select ‘New’ option from the pop-up menu. Then, click on the ‘Folder’ option available on the screen. A folder will be created on the window after that. Name that folder as ‘Prefetch’.

    Hi.
The prefetch folder is a subfolder of the Windows system folder. The prefetch folder is self-maintaining, and there's no need to delete it or empty its contents. If you empty the folder, Windows and your programs will take longer to open the next time you turn on your computer.

Follow this method to create a new prefetch folder.
a Click on start, click on Run, type C:\Windows in the run prompt.
    b. Right click on the empty space, click new, click Folder and name it as “Prefetch”.

    Thank you.
