What has to be done for setting up a repeating alarm on Windows Vista?

I need to do certain important tasks with my laptop running on Windows Vista. I would like to set up a repeating alarm on the system for reminding this. How to set the alarm?

Click the ‘Start’ button and type Schedule tasks into the search field located at the bottom part of the start menu. When you can find ‘Schedule tasks’ option among the search results, click on it to launch the ‘Task Scheduler’. Go to the menu on the right side of the ‘Task Scheduler’ windows and select ‘Action’ option. Then, click on ‘Create New Task’ option and press the ‘General’ tab available in ‘Create Task’ window. Type the name of alarm into the ‘Name’ field visible in that window and then press the ‘Triggers’ tab. Click the ‘New’ button afterwards and select the preferred start/end date. After that, click the ‘OK’ button and press the ‘Action’ tab. You can find ‘New’ button under this tab too. Hit that button and choose ‘Display a message’ next to ‘Action’ label. Then, enter the message you want to display with the alarm and press the ‘OK’ button. Finally, you can review the alarm settings and hit the ‘OK’ button to confirm the alarm set up.
