What it means if I got the error as “Microsoft Windows Operating System has stopped working”?

I am using Windows 7 OS for a pretty long time but recently I got the error message as “Microsoft Windows Operating System has stopped working”? What is the error about? Do I have to change some settings or something? How to resolve this problem in my Windows PC to avoid future problems?

hello friend,

even i got the same message in window 7 operating system. i don't know what for this message is. but i resolved my problem by restoring the computer using factory recovery.
before restoring , you have to backup all your files and folders. the video below shows how to restore the computer.

Friend You have installed a free version of window 7 OS which is meant only to run for 1 month or 3 month.
before this period you have to purchase a key or new window DVD from market at a price.
That's why your previous window is showing this message.

You need to restore your computer to an earlier point using SYSTEM RESTORE to get it working normally to make the "MICROSOFT WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM HAS STOPPED WORKING" out of your system.

All you have to do is follow these simple steps :

1) go to RUN [by press and hold Windows logo key and hit R on the key board i.e. WINDOWS + R]
2) type "RSTRUI.EXE" without quotes into the the RUN and hit OK
This will open SYSTEM RESTORE.

3) click FINISH

4) Now select the RECOMMENDED restore point and click Next :

OR if you want a different time to roll back to, select the radio button that says "Choose a different restore point"

Now select any restore point from the list, and proceed by clicking next :


5) Now click next

6) Any message box can be proceeded by clicking next or finish.

Now, System will RESTART and all your troubles are resolved by now.
