In windows 7 physical dumping refers to the function which performs its task when
your computer hits an error or a problem.this error is characterized by blue screen and
    restart from windows.
it is mainly caused my two main problems
    * physical memory dump is actually a hardware of your pc,it is caused by some
incompatibility of hardware in your system that is if you have installed some new
hardware in your system then you have to uninstall the hardware and revert back
    to your old setup.
    * the second problem which causes physical memory dump is the software of your
system that is if you have corrupted or damaged program files on your system.
so if you know the software for which for you are getting this problem then you have to
uninstall the software and again re install it. if the problem does not stop then you got
the issue inside the registry of your pc and then finally you have to run the registry cleaner
to clean all the damaged and corrupted files, this will stop the above error.
    thanks

Hello, If you like keeping all your deleted files in the Recycle Bin as a safety net, you can increase the maximum storage size for the Recycle Bin. On the desktop, right-click Recycle Bin, and then click Properties. Under Recycle Bin Location, click the location of the Recycle Bin you want to change (likely your C drive). Click Custom size, and then, in the Maximum size (MB) box, enter a maximum storage size (in megabytes) for the Recycle Bin. Click OK. If you don't want to receive a message each time you send a file or folder to the Recycle Bin, you can choose to not get the messages. On the desktop, right-click Recycle Bin, and then click Properties. Under Recycle Bin Location, click the location of the Recycle Bin you want to change (likely your C drive). Clear the Display delete confirmation dialog check box, and then click OK.

the function that performs its function whenever your system gives a error is known as physical dumping, whenever their is some incompatibility of hard ware generally at that time this happens, and more over also when some installed software gets corrupted then also this occurs.

    hello my friend...

A physically memory dumping basically is a serious clash between software/hardare/OS. Roughly what happens is the CPUs interrupts [a CPU can only do one instruction at a time] basically get of line in the queue consequently the CPU doesn't know what the hell to do next, so it dumps what it's doing. It can't complete the instruction because something else is preventing it.
