    Hi,
Yes your act was improper but your anxiety is just.
CCleaner is a third party cleaning software which is very active, multipurpose and able.
Once cleaned it cant be reverted, let alone registry file which is absolutely complicated, complex and need to be taken care by specialists only.
You for sure have deleted valuable entries from registry which keeps all records, also enlists, activate/deactivate program and does everything a computer should do in scope of a controller.
Now, you can boot from outside and edit registry which will not only be cumbersome but also next to impossible.
Insted i`ll suggest you to Try once to repair using your original windows CD/DVD by inserting it in optical drive and choosing repair followed by the prompt.
Finally go for a fresh installation of the Windows completely.
    Thank you.

    Hello,
The software you have used ccleaner has deleted your important registry files needed for system startup.
Now there are two options for you
    1. You can repair the windows using windows cd / dvd
    2. You can change your operating system and install a new one.
Since the action taken by ccleaner cannot be reversed.
    Regards.......

    Hello
that same problem I was also faced some times ago
first of all insert your OS Dvd and than press
F1 or F2 than you will see Bios settings
than go to the boot and enabled it
    than save it
than again start you'r PC and press
F11 or F12 than you will see formating option
    if this is not working
on your pc and keep it on from some times and than after some
times do this steps I hope its work.
