You should reset Internet Explorer settings or, should disable add-ons in order to resolve the matter. First, disable add-ons manually,
    > Open internet Explorer and click on Tools
    > Click on Manage Add-ons
    > Now, disable it

Now, reset Internet Explorer settings manually,
    > Open internet Explorer and click on Tools
    > Click on Internet Options
    > Go to Advanced tab and click on Reset

Now click on close option and then ok. After accomplishing process reopen Internet explorer after closing it.

Re: What should I do if Internet Explorer crashes on Windows Vista?

    Hi,

The crashing of Internet Explorer is a common vice that we encounter sometime or other.

To solve the issue you can do one of the two things that are being suggested.

Open "Internet Explorer" > "Tools" > "Manage Add-ons" > disable it,

You can reset Internet Explorer settings manually,
Open "Internet Explorer" > "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advanced" > click on Reset

    Click "close" , " Ok".

Or you can download a fresh copy of Internet Explorer and install that in the system.

    Thanks.
