    Hey friend,

If you are facing this problem then Before opening the control panel open the task manager
    and
Kill all the unwanted processes , then try to open control panel if any process consuming too much processor then kill the process.

If the above step is not working then by using your windows installation disk repair your window.
Because your windows system files may have problem due to which it is unable to open the control panel.

    Thnx

    Hi,

The problem that you are having is related to many things.

First of all check the system for presence of any virus that may have infected your windows to create such havoc.

Before doing anything start Task Manager, observe the processesrunning and if found any abnormal process running stop that immidietly, this should free a substantial number of memory space free to run normal processes and execute commands.

Insert the Windows original installation disk in the optical drive and select repair , if anything went wrong this will fix that.

    Thanks.

If you are having this type of problem.
    Then don't worry about it.
I also fiace this type of problem.
    I suggest you the way.
Just go for the start menu.
    Type there "RUN".
Then type msconfig in opened bar.
Then go in startup tab in opened tab bar.
Then unchecked the unwanted files and folders .
    Then restart it.
