    • First of all sign into Windows SkyDrive
    • Browse the folder containing the photos you have to rearrange
    • Tap on the option ‘Sort by’
    • Then tap on the option ‘Rearrange’
    • Install Microsoft Silverlight if prompted
    • Just drag the photos to the desired order
    • Finally tap on the option ‘Save sort order’

Follow these steps to see which Windows updates are installed on your computer.

    1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Update.

    2. In the left pane, click View update history.

If you receive an error message on the Microsoft Windows Update Web site or from the Automatic Updates service, you can use the information that is included in the Windowsupdate.log log file to troubleshoot the issue.

    Refer:

In the mean time, I’d recommend you to perform a System Restore to a point prior to the issue.

    Hope this helps.
