--> Well generally files are developed for 64 bit and 32 bit modes
--> These files are suitable to run at 32 bit mode
--> May your system is 64 bit machine
--> It is perfectly alright with that file and your system
--> 64 bit machine can execute 32 bit files but it's not vice versa

    dear friend,

Generally there are two types of OS systems - 32 bit & 64 bit

Windows 98 & windows XP service pack one - these two are 32 bit OS system.

All the higher version of windows are 64 bit system.

So you can run files having .32 extension in both of the windows version.

But you can run .64 extension files only on the higher version of windows.

Hope these information will help you a lot.

    Hello ,

Well normally there are two types of OS systems - 32 bit & 64 bit

Windows 98 & windows XP service pack one - these two are 32 bit OS system.

All the higher version of windows are 64 bit system.

So you can run files having .32 extension in both of the windows version.

But you can run .64 extension files only on the higher version of windows.

For example if you want to run a 32 bit application on the 64 bit windows 7 it will run , so will the 64 bit application on it.

But if you want to run the 64 bit application on your 32 but OS , than that is not possible.

    Hope this information helps you.

    -Regards
