The Internet Explorer browser has to be first opened from the start screen of the notebook. After that the option labeled ‘tools’ need to be selected and then the ‘Internet Options’. Then you need to opt for the ‘Custom level’ option on the security tab. After that you have to visit the plug-ins section and ActiveX controls. Followed by that the ‘Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls’ option needs to be chosen. There you can hit on the option labeled ‘Enable’. Finally the option labeled ‘ok’ has to be hit thrice to apply the action.

    Hello !!

that is not an information bar, that is called a notification bar.
and this keeps you notify about the recent activity of the browser like browser update, plugins and many more.

so, i dont think that you should turn it off.
but as it is your desire than we must help you to fulfill it.

    1. open your browser.
    2.. go to tools.
    3. go to settings
    4. select general tab
    5. select >> dont notify me about browser latest updates.

now this will close your future notification.
and now you wont get that message again.

hope i am clear to you.
