    Where to find the information of Codec in my System?

    I know that codec means compressing and decompressing files, songs, etc. It has encoder and decoder. I want to find codec in my System. But I do not know how to see that. Please, help me in giving the solution.

    STEP 1: Open Windows Media Player.
    STEP 2: Tap on the “Search” Button.
    STEP 3: Click “Apps” >> Windows Media Player.
    STEP 4: Click “Help” or “Organize”.
    STEP 5: Click on “Layout”. Click “Show Menu bar”.
    STEP 6: Click “About Windows Media Player”.
    STEP 7: Click on “Technical Support Information”.

    Hii my friends...


    For this information follow these steps..


    Right click on My Computer... Click on manage option...


    One wizard will open in that wizard selection the option "Device manager"...


    Next select the option Sound and Video and game controllers...



    There you can see the option video codec...

    click on that properties... see the information...
