    1.Check for the Bluetooth support service status:

    -> Press Windows key + R and type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER.
    -> Double-click the Bluetooth Support service.
    -> If the Bluetooth Support service is stopped, click Start.
    -> On the Startup type list, click Automatic.
    -> Click the Log On tab.
    -> Click Local System account.
    -> Click OK.
    -> If you prompted to restart the computer, click yes.

    2. try updating the drivers for the Bluetooth and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps provided below to update the drivers.
    -> Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the ‘Start icon’.
    -> Select ‘device manager’
    -> In Device Manager, locate the device you want to update, and then double-click the device name.
    -> Click the ‘Driver’ tab, and then click ‘Update Driver’ and follow the instructions.

    3. You can install latest version of Chipset and SM Bus controller drivers for your system and check.

    If Windows 8 Consumer Preview drivers are not available, you may install Windows 7 drivers in compatibility mode and check.
    -> Right click the driver setup file and select Properties.
    ->. Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 7.
