I am facing the problem of Bluetooth device that name is not there in device manager but my device is working properly when I am plugging it in the USB can anyone explain me reason behind that?

1.Check for the Bluetooth support service status:
-> Press Windows key + R and type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER.
-> Double-click the Bluetooth Support service.
-> If the Bluetooth Support service is stopped, click Start.
-> On the Startup type list, click Automatic.
-> Click the Log On tab.
-> Click Local System account.
-> Click OK.
-> If you prompted to restart the computer, click yes.

2. try updating the drivers for the Bluetooth and check if it helps.

-> Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the ‘Start icon’.
-> Select ‘device manager’

3. You can install latest version of Chipset and SM Bus controller drivers for your system and check.
