Why there is no option present in the Entertainment menu in my Windows XP OS? What is the problem?

I don’t know what happened all of sudden the options which are available in the Entertainment menu from the Start menus is found missing in my Windows XP OS which is like the media player, volume controller etc. What might be the problem? Is there anyway to restore back those options? Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

    Hi,

Solution to your problem lies with a number of designed steps which is complicated but necessary.

Install latest directx driver in your computer which will assist in proper functioning of your entertainment side of the system.

Download a fresh copy of the windows own diplay driver file and install in windows to get maximum benefit of the Media and entertainment, if you are dependent upon windows own driver files, else reinstall the graphic driver file from the graphic card manufacturers supplied CD/DVD afresh and exit window, then reboot.

In case the problem persists, first check for the virus in the system and ReInstall Windows XP with a custom Settings and guide it to set maximum components during installation, that will solve your problem.

    Thank you.
