Will GTX 550 TI be able to support BF3 maxed out?

I have purchased a new PC just for the purpose of Gaming. It has windows 7 Operating system which works fine but the most important problem is that it is not able to support games like BF3,Skyrim, Crysis 2 maxed out. Now I am planning to buy GTX 550 TI graphic card so I want to know whether this graphics card would be able to support BF3 Maxed out or not?
