    Windows 6.5 mobile shows sync error code 86000C0A

    It is not possible to sync my mobile phone running on Windows 6.5 to exchange account for the past few weeks. Whenever I try for that, it displays active sync error 86000C0A on the screen. How can I resolve this error?

    As a first step, tap the ‘User’ option available on your phone. Then, hit the ‘Security’ option pop up on the screen. Get into advanced security settings afterwards by tapping the ‘Advanced’ option. After that, select the check box appear next to ‘Allow inheritable permissions’ option. Make sure that you can see a tick mark on the box after this. Save the settings by pressing the ‘OK’ button. Finally, sync with the exchange account and see whether it causes any errors.
